Parent Support Group , by Elizabeth Sheppard - Mondays @ 3:00pm.  This group will allow space for parents to connect with each other.  Discussions will include schedules, self care, entertaining the kids, growth versus fixed mindset and self care.

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy by Quanisha Whittfield, Wednesdays @ 3:00pm.  A group for parents of children ages 2-10.  CPRT uses the child's natural language of play to strengthen the bond between parent and child.  Participants will learn how to use "play therapy" to help a child to develop coping strategies, confidence, and self-acceptance.

Adult Existential Group by Tito Ortiz-Therialut, LPC.   Thursdays @ 5:30pm.  An adult support group designed to share feelings about the grief and transitions brought up by social isolation, for those looking to build hope through support and exploration of emotions and conflict.

Women's Resiliency and Self-Care Group by Paula Rao, LPC-Intern. Tuesdays @ 2:00pm.  We will provide women a common space to share daily experiences and learn skills to reduce daily stress and enhance balance/wellness in the current changes at home, work and the world.

Teen Group (ages 13-18) by Tiffany Green, LMSW.  Thursdays @ 6:30pm.  A teen support group designed to help navigate anxieties and stress brought on by the current changing world.  Participants will discuss feelings around isolation, change in routine, and will work on coping skills which can be used when faced with these many changes.

Kid's Calming Hour with Friends, by Paula Rao, LPC-Intern.  Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 4:30pm.  This will be a safe place for kids to talk about their daily experiences, share coping skills, and learn from each other.  Children can join to participate or simply observe.  Seeing other children in a shared space creates a sense of community and normalcy which many are missing during these current times.  This will also allow parents some time to do their own self-care or take care of work or household duties.
