As an LPC Intern, Paula’s goal is to support and empower people to live optimally and achieve wellness, growth, and individual goals. Paula believes that counseling is a dynamic and holistic process, and strives to promote respect, unconditional positive regard, empathy, congruence, and respect in every counseling setting. Paula received her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Degree from Wake Forest University.
Paula enjoys working with clients from diverse and multicultural backgrounds and is multilingual in English, Bengali, and Hindi. Paula provides low cost counseling options to clients.
