With a deep understanding and training in cultural nuances, grief therapy, and relationship dynamics Shazia provides a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

As a therapist specializing in grief therapy for all ages she provide a nurturing and supportive space for  individuals to express their emotions, process their loss, and develop healthy coping mechanisms to guide them on their journey toward healing and resilience.In her work with couples, Shazia helps partners navigate issues of codependency and assertiveness, fostering open communication, mutual respect, and healthy boundaries in their relationships. She provides tools and strategies to help couples build stronger connections, resolve conflicts, and cultivate a deeper understanding of each other’s needs and perspectives.

Drawing from her own cultural background, as an Afghan- Pakistani woman, Shazia is passionate about helping clients navigate issues related to cultural identity, including the impact of acculturation and intergenerational trauma. She supports clients in exploring their cultural heritage, values, and beliefs, while also addressing the challenges of assimilation and adaptation in a new cultural context.
