Carlos’ preferred approach with teens is family work, helping families to dialogue with one another for mutual support. This includes teens who are discovering their identity, emotions, and role in life. He also works with adult individuals to improve awareness and contact with emotions, sensations, and needs. He works with men to expand their experience of anger and mitigate the effects of anger in personal and professional relationships. Carlos also provides skill-based interventions for couples who seek concrete ways to communicate with their partner.
