“We shall not cease from exploration / And the end of all our exploration / Will be to arrive where we started / And know the place for the first time.” – T.S Elliot
Tito specializes in working with adolescents, adults and couples who struggle with important life decisions, grief, isolation, responsibility and seeking the meaning of life. His approach as an Existential therapist helps clients achieve greater self awareness, self-respect, self-motivation, self-understanding and ultimately a meaningful life.
His goal is to build a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment where understanding, healthy challenges, and working through tensions allows for an embrace of the whole self.
Tito completed his Masters at Houston Baptist University. He works best with those who wish to know more about themselves and want the space to explore the deeper parts of their character.
In his free time, Tito enjoys reading fantasy, philosophy, or therapy books. He spends time engaging in whatever is his latest nerd hobby or project.
