Approach

Gabrielle is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who works with children, teens, and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is committed to helping individuals develop the emotional and behavioral skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

Gabrielle works closely with parents to support their child’s emotional growth, offering practical, evidence-based strategies to improve emotional regulation, coping skills, and behavior at home and at school. For adults, she provides a supportive and collaborative space to address stress, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, women’s issues and other emotional or regulation-related concerns.

With experience supporting clients across the lifespan—including anxiety, ADHD, trauma, autism, and emotional regulation difficulties—Gabrielle creates individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique needs. Her warm, strengths-based approach empowers clients with tools that promote lasting growth and well-being.

Specialty

Gabrielle provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy that supports healing and growth at every stage of life.Drawing on a diverse clinical background—including experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) settings—she blends skill-building strategies with attachment-focused care to foster meaningful, lasting change.

With children, Gabrielle uses play therapy to create a safe, developmentally appropriate space where emotions can be expressed, regulation skills can be strengthened, and secure connections can flourish. Her individualized approach helps children feel understood while learning tools to succeed at home, at school, and in everyday life.

Across the lifespan, Gabrielle supports clients in exploring attachment patterns, softening the inner critic, and cultivating self-compassion through both individual and group therapy. Her work empowers clients to heal, build resilience, and move forward with confidence and well-being.

Personal

Gabrielle loves helping clients of all ages build resilience and live more authentically. She incorporates art, creativity, and expressive activities into her therapy, offering meaningful ways for clients to explore emotions, reflect, and grow. When she’s not in session, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her dog and finding little moments of joy and curiosity in everyday life.

"Every behavior is a message waiting to be understood. Through patience, empathy, and guidance, we can unlock the potential within every child, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and resilience."
