ADHD Coaching Program

Our ADHD Coaching Program is best for children 8+ and adults.  Our sessions can be purchased in packages of 3 or 6 for $130 a session.


Session 1: Comprehensive Assessment and Goal Setting for ADHD Coaching

• Conduct thorough ADHD assessments to understand individual strengths, challenges, and goals.

• Collaboratively establish personalized goals and objectives for the coaching program, focusing on academic/work success, emotional regulation, and habit creation.

 

Session 2: Understanding Emotional Regulation

• Explore the connection between ADHD and emotional dysregulation.

• Introduce mindfulness techniques and coping strategies to manage emotions effectively.

• Develop personalized strategies for identifying and addressing emotional triggers.

 

Session 3: Skill Development: Executive Function Training with ADHD Coaching

• Dive into executive function skills relevant to ADHD, such as organization, time management, and task prioritization.

• Introduce practical strategies and tools to enhance executive functioning.

• Create a personalized action plan for implementing these strategies in academic/work settings.

 

Session 4: Academic/Work Success Strategies

• Assess current academic/work challenges and identify areas for improvement.

• Explore study/work habits and time management techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Develop strategies for maximizing productivity and success in academic/work settings.

 

Session 5: Creating Successful Habits.

• Discuss the importance of habit formation and its impact on ADHD management.

• Identify key habits to support overall well-being, such as sleep hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.

• Develop a plan for integrating new habits into daily routines and overcoming obstacles.

 

Session 6: Review, Reflection, and Future Planning

• Review progress made throughout the coaching program and celebrate achievements.

• Reflect on lessons learned and identify areas for continued growth and development.

• Develop a plan for maintaining success beyond the coaching program, including ongoing self-monitoring and support systems.

Throughout the program, clients receive personalized support, guidance, and feedback to optimize their ADHD management and enhance their overall well-being. The integration of assessments, emotional regulation, skill development, academic/work success strategies, and habit formation provides a holistic approach to empowering clients to thrive with ADHD.
