Clients may complete intake paperwork, manage appointments, access invoices, send messages, change your credit card information, access release of information paperwork, or join telehealth sessions via the Client Portal.

For Headway clients ONLY, please use this portal for any claims or billing information. Please feel free to text our front office with any questions .

All new clients need to complete intake paperwork prior to attending their first session. If the session is for couples or family therapy, each person attending the session should fill out separate paperwork.  Parents or guardians should complete intake paperwork for each minor prior to attending the first session.  Any custody paperwork or court documents may now be uploaded into the Client Portal.

Want to pick the time of day you connect–no voicemails, no waiting?  Select the “Scheduling Phone Call with Administration” option. You’ll connect directly with our admin team and know exactly when you will have someone live on the line to help you schedule your session quickly and conveniently.
