Approach

Ana is a motivated, passionate, and dedicated therapist and child behavior therapist specializing in supporting children, teens, and adults facing challenges with anxiety, depression, and behavior issues. With a wealth of experience in both private practice and school settings as a Licensed School Psychologist, Ana brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to every client interaction.

Specialty

Drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Theraplay and play therapy, Ana creates a nurturing and engaging environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Whether it’s helping children express themselves through play or guiding teens and adults through more traditional talk therapy approaches, Ana tailors her interventions to meet the individual needs of each client.

With a deep understanding of the complex interplay between mental health and academic success, Ana is committed to supporting clients both in and out of the school setting, collaborating closely with educators and parents to ensure holistic care and support.

Personal/Cultural

My journey spans Korea, Spain, and England, intertwining vibrant streets with historical landscapes. In our multicultural family, we embrace the richness of varied experiences as we navigate the joys and chaos of raising our four children. Traveling further enriches our lives, offering new perspectives and adventures. Amidst the bustle of daily life, we find solace in shared meals, where diverse cuisines and music creates moments of connection and joy, reminding us that home is wherever our hearts lead us.

"Emotional regulation is the key that unlocks not only academic success but also fosters a resilient spirit, empowering students to navigate challenges with clarity, focus, and grace."
