Approach
As a student counselor, my foundation is rooted in a person-centered approach. I believe that each client holds the wisdom and strength to navigate their own healing. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity. Above all, I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel truly seen and heard.
Specialty
I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating identity, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics. I have a deep respect for the diverse cultural experiences each client brings into the room and am especially passionate about supporting people of color, immigrants, and those exploring the intersection of multiple identities. I aim to honor and hold space for your story with care, nuance, and openness.
Personal
Outside of the therapy space, I’m someone who finds comfort in the little things, such as curling up with a good book, getting lost in a creative project, or sketching just to unwind. Creativity is a big part of how I connect with myself, and it often inspires how I show up for others with openness and imagination.
