Approach

As a counseling student, my therapeutic foundation is grounded in a psychoanalytic approach that explores past experiences and the wounds they may have left behind. Together, we work to uncover these core “trigger wounds,” rewrite the narrative, and shift perspectives and behaviors toward healing and growth. Through an empathic and curious lens, I support clients in identifying the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, helping them move toward living as their most authentic selves.

Specialty

I enjoy working with children, adults, and couples, with a particular passion for supporting women and couples navigating trauma, relational disconnection, life transitions, boundary setting, infertility, infidelity, and improving emotional regulation. I believe the most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself—it forms the foundation for every meaningful connection in life. Strong relationships begin with truly knowing yourself, cultivating confidence and self-worth, finding your voice, and learning to release what lies beyond your control.

Personal

Outside of the therapeutic space, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our dog, Bailey. As a native Texan, I naturally gravitate toward the outdoors, soaking up the fresh air and beautiful weather. When I’m not busy being “mom,” you can usually find me taking a walk, listening to a good podcast, or diving into a new DIY project. As a family, we enjoy exploring new destinations and creating meaningful memories—because those are the moments we treasure most.
