Arianna Lopez Cisneros

Grounded in empathy, authenticity, and curiosity, Arianna creates a space where clients feel seen, safe, and understood. She helps individuals explore the connections between emotions, early attachment experiences, and present-day behaviors—building both insight and practical tools for meaningful change. Her approach is collaborative and affirming, honoring each person’s individuality, culture, and story.

Arianna works with children, adolescents, and women navigating anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, depression, identity development, and relationship challenges across the lifespan. She understands how attachment patterns and early experiences can shape anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, and people-pleasing tendencies later in life. Whether a child is struggling with separation anxiety, a teen is facing social pressure, or a woman is experiencing burnout and chronic self-criticism, Arianna provides thoughtful, developmentally attuned care.

Her background in early childhood education and assessment deepens her understanding of development, learning differences, and emotional regulation. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is committed to providing culturally responsive, accessible therapy to diverse families and communities.

Arianna integrates evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and gentle exposure therapy to support clients with anxiety and OCD. Through ACT, she helps clients learn to move toward their values—even when difficult emotions are present—rather than reacting from fear, avoidance, or perfectionism. Her work with exposure is gradual, compassionate, and structured to help clients build confidence and flexibility in the face of anxiety.

In her work with women, Arianna supports clients through all stages of life as they navigate self-worth, boundaries, stress, attachment dynamics, and life transitions. Sessions often focus on challenging self-critical beliefs, reducing perfectionistic patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, and fostering self-compassion. She offers a reflective space to explore identity, relationships, and fulfillment while helping clients build resilience and confidence.

With children and teens, Arianna brings patience, warmth, and playfulness to therapy. She helps young clients express emotions, develop coping skills, and improve communication. Her experience as a teacher allows her to connect naturally with youth across a range of personalities and challenges. She partners closely with parents to strengthen attachment, increase emotional regulation, and support growth beyond the therapy room.

Arianna’s work is rooted in the belief that anxiety and perfectionism are not flaws—they are often protective strategies shaped by experience. With guidance, support, and skilled intervention, clients can learn to respond to life from a grounded, values-driven place rather than from fear.

"Empowering teens, young adults, and adults to navigate life's transitions is about guiding them to recognize their strengths, trust their resilience, and embrace the journey of self-discovery with courage and confidence."
